well... i finally got around to taking these. I dont like how the after pics came out... oh well , hope u enjoy bitches

well there they are... dont look the greatest in them,. but they'll do

here are some before and after measurements:

arms- 17 3/4 -- 18 1/4
quads- 23 1/2-- 25 - dont know if i measured in right place?
waist- 39 1/2--- 40
chest- 44-------45 1/2
calves-- 17 1/2 --18
forearms- 13 3/4--14
neck- 17 -- ------17 1/2

well... tell me what u think... i still got years before i'll be happy with my body. but this is a start

definatly gained some mass, I see the I'm not the only one who got acne in a bad way, I'm in PCT right now and have the skin of a 14 yr old.....

ya that lat spread is lookin pretty bad.. a lot worse than it really is... i think its the weird lighting?
silverbackin - ya chest def neeeds work.. and i thoguht i had some decent delts- oh well can;t help to make it all grow even more

Your delts aren't bad you just have big arms and traps which tends to downplay your delt development. I'm being nit picky.
