Hey guys, been out with a shoulder injury for nearly 8 months. Horrible stuff.

I didn't go under the knife, I just had a lot of cortisone shots.

Today was my second day working out and had no problems....felt great. (I worked chest and tris)

My question is should I wait to take my delish goodies or could I start back full swing like I didn't skip a beat?

----dropped 25 pounds of mass...I look like shit.

Confidence is at rock bottom compared to last December.

do you want to spend half your cycle sore and weak cause you aren't conditioned yet?

you definately want to get your muscles conditioned again being away for that long. I would say give it atleast 6 months before messing with the sauce. you are gonna be very sore the first 2-3 weeks coming back after 8 months.

Your right on the money about the soreness.

My legs kept waking me up last night when I'd barely move lol.

Thanks for the info, its just been a shitty situation.

The thing is I'd say the same thing to anybody else if they asked me that...you always get tempted for short cuts when your down.

Anybody want to test or prove a training regiment on a raw subject?

actually I don't think it would be a shortcut at all.. I just think it would be a waste of AAS cause you are gonna spend your cycle recovering.. I mean yes AAS does help recovery speed but its not gonna be enough to overcome the shock you are about to put your body through.

I took 3 weeks off last year and when i came back it was amazing how much strength i had lost. the body will adapt both ways.
