iam on my 3rd week of sustonon 250 and dont really see any results.i was wondering when most people start to see the gains.also how long after tou shoot does it hurt for.thanks in advance

Some shots hurt, some don't. But you shouldn't be in a lot of pain for more than a few days. Then again, I think my ass is 90% scar tissue.
 
iam taken 2 shoots a week for a total of 500mg.i did do research it was just a question being that this is the first time iam taken sust.just wanted some other peoples expereince.

when you are on cycle and not seeing any results it is generally a problem with the diet. what does your diet look like and what does your cycle look like and also please share your stats

Exactly, sustanon contains a good enough amount of prop and short esters that it kicks in by 2nd or 3rd day. DIET DIET DIET. Eat 150-200 grams protein and at least 3000 calories. That is if your bulking, but with sustanon your better off on a bulk. Start eating your ass off and the results will come. The compounds already kicked in, you need to take advantage of it and work your ass off in the gym and give your body sufficient enough carbs and protein for muscle building to take place.

my stats are
35 years old
5'10 212(205 at the start of cycle)

iam taken 250mg of sust 2x a week

my diet on a average day goes like this
5:30am 4 egg whites with turkey cheese on whole wheat
9:00 4 hardboiled eggs(only eat 2 yolks)
12:00 turkey or chicken sandwich
2:30 protien drink
6:00some kind of chicken,ground turkey or fish.with yam some greens and salad

i will eat some fruit for a snack doring the day



also drink 1 gallon of water a day

bro the sust isnt going to make you feel like superman in a couple weeks. give it a little more time i bet by week 8 youll be standing in front of the mirrored walls in the gym saying "damn im big!"
 
My first and only cycle so far was a 10 week cycle of Sustenon, 250 mg twice a week. My diet was not perfect but pretty clean. I did not consume enough calories to see maximum results. My protein intake was around 150 grams a day. In answer to your questions, I did not have any injection pain at all. I guess this is individualized. My results were slow to come and other people in the gym started noticing my size gain long before I did. I think it was around the 5th week that I really starting having size gains. Some of the esthers in Sustenon are slow acting. I had strength gains pretty much the whole time, just not initial size gains. None the less, I gained about 20 pounds. I was about 192 at about 9% BF when I finished and was around 170 when I began. Like the other guys said, lift heavy, eat big, but eat clean. Make sure the protein intake is good. Give it a little more time before you see results bro. Good luck!
 
my last cycle I took 500 mg a week for 12 weeks. about week 4 my dick was hard most of the day. my appetite was like that of a lions. I was swelling up like a tick (alot of water). strentgh gains were up. and i already put on 12 pounds..........when it kicks in believe you'll know. Just train like crazy, eat like crazy and let the sustanon do the rest. oh yeah the shots hurt for about 24 hours after any more than that might be a problem. I started cycle at 232 lbs and ended at 258lbs.
 
Dude, try this trick. Hard boil about a dozen eggs. Now every single time you walk through that kitchen, grab an egg and eat it (only the white). Repeat until all eggs are gone. In a 24 hour period you will have added 72 grams of extra protein into your diet. That should jump start your anabolic processes.
 
i dont think iwas eating enough.this is my first cycle so i was not used to eating as much as i should.iam eating more protein so ill see how that goes.

as far as the shots hurting i think it may have been my muscles not being used to the shots because it doesnt hurt after the shot as long.
