1 - Age=29
2 - Lifting History= 8 plus years off and on
3 - Height= 6ft.
4 - Weight= 280
5 - Estimated BF% (Or at least, lean/think/fat etc...)= 15%
6 - Diet= high protien, low fat, 3000 plus cals./day
7 - Goals= lean muscle growth to help burn off some of my fat, muscle is so active it actually burns fat while you sleep. I have very large arms, and good shoulders and neck. Decent legs, and the married life pot belly. All of my fat has pretty much accumulated in my middle. I want to grow like a weed, bofore I was married I weighed 235-240 and looked real good. I want to trim my middle and expand my quads to size of tree trunks, and my arms to the size of mountains. I am ex football player, like every other person is in this discussion, and have good materials and frame to work with. Even with the extra weight, I carry it well, I have very large bones and wide shoulders. However, the idea is to build strength and mass for now, and well worry about ripping up later.
8 - Proposed cycle = I am 8 weeks back in they gym, and a week and a half into my Sust.250 cycle. I'm on 500 mg/wk. for 5 weeks. I under stand that the sust will continue to be active for 3 weeks after that, so Im calling it an 8 week cycle. My post cycle will contain clomid.
Being a newbie cycle, am I way out of line, and what should my next cycle entail? I want mass and strength, well slim me down after I've got some serious gains put on my frame.
