once a week will make test levels higher and higher every week. twice a week is just to much. People who guess and repeat that sust should be taken twice a week never get there test leves checked or know about half life.

the reason they inject twice a week is cuz prop only last 3 days AT MOST in ur system....with sust u should inject 250mg every monday and thurs...i think that comes out to a little less than 500 mg a week...correct me if im wrong

I get blood work done every four months so I don't have to guess and I have been doing this for 15 years. It's about keeping your test levels steady not MG's. Once a week is plenty . For me I do once a week for the first four weeks and every two weeks for two months and test levels are right on. For me 500mg every two weeks = test levels around 4000. As for prop it's half of the mg's at 4.5 days, not zero mg's , half, once again it's about blood levels sus has a long half life the prop is doing just what is was made for mixed with the other test's.

with prop alone yes, blood level will be all over if taken once a week. with sus once a week and your test level will keep go higher. prop is just one peace to the sus puzzle.

10 years ago I did a 6 month cylce of test enth. 600mg I had blood work done sometimes every week at the start of the cycle then every two weeks for a few months on, I can't rememeber the number what I do remember was.
when taking 600mg every 5 days estro. levels and test levels just went higher and higher. then I swithched to every 10 days and 14, I think between 10 days and 14 ,closer to 10, my test levels would be dead on and estro. levels were alot lower and stable, which means less water more muscle. I was just taking test no anti estro. taking 600mg every 10 -14 ( I can't remember) keep my levels very stable. I still ended up taking nov at 10mg a day after 2 months because I wanted muscle not water and 10mg worked great. clomid started 4 or 5 weeks after last shot, when test level got down around 800. Now with that said you can take 600mg a week of enth and high dosage's of anti estro. but save your money for a couple blood tests done at the end to judge pct start and ending don't guess.
