Sustanon Inject Frequency

My upcoming cycle includes 500mg Sustanon ew. Just wondering what y'all think is the best inject frequency for this.

Should I do:

250 (1 ml) 2x per week
OR
125 (1/2 ml) 4x per week (basically eod)

Given that each mL of Sust 250 contains 30mg of test prop, I'm thinking it may be best to inject the Sust eod?

EOD for the exact reason you gave.

eod is always best for any short ester. How ever its so small a amount that it really don't matter. I.M.O use test-e unless you are doing a gram or more. Then its worth it.

Shit, I forgot to add one thing...My sust is supplied in 1mL amps. So, if go with eod pokes and I withdraw half a mL from the amp, what do I do with the other half to keep it sterile?

Should i open all my amps and transfer the goodies to an empty vial, and then withdraw from the vial as needed?

You could use 2 syringes and keep the 1/2 in there for the next shot will still be sterile cuz the syringes are sterile. Or you could buy a 10ml vial and a filter (I always suggest filters for 100% sterile safety but some will tell you unnecessary, my thought on it is that your body is worth the extra $5 you'll spend for safety)

Yep, I'm frontloading with 30mg dbawl ed for the first 4 weeks (10 week cycle, total).

I also got some test cy.p and test pro.p...How about this: Split the 500 mg Sust into 2 shots - Monday and Friday. On Wed and Sun, do 1/2 ml (50mg) pro.p??? This way, I'd be doing about the same amount of the shortest ester test (pro.p) eod. It'd up my total test to 600mg ew, but that's not such a bad thing

250 sust/ weeks 1-3 (had leftover and wanted a boost)

the primo gave me wicked headaches--and it was good old bd 100 too. My bro-in-law did the same thing and loved it--so it was just me.

I agree with ya bro on the EOD for short esters. And the amount of Prop in Sustanon is only 30mg/ml, a very small amount.

i think the major benefit of primo is if you are on a calorie defic diet or really sensitive to the typical estrogen sides--otherwise eq/ is much better mg for mg.

I am happy w/eq/ at 500/week--no sides at all--and primo is just too expensive.

Your levels will go up and down but the main reason people do sustanon is to avoid injection frequency. If someone wanted to inject ED or EOD why wouldn't they just run prop?

Yes pros run Sustanon ED/EOD - HOWEVER - not everyone wants to be a human pin cushion.

Get Enanthate twice a week and you'll be better off but if Sust is all you have then that twice a week will be fine. Just remember the decanoate ester has a 10 day halflife and you should be on something short acting while that ester clears for about 2.5 weeks after last sust shot. Then start PCT.
