Sustanon for 1st cycle any advice

I'm going to be doing 500/sust/week all the way... So far no acne, no zits, etc... but although my girl said my face has gotten a little puffy and red sumtimes after my workout but thats no biggy... when i started i was 175 now i am currently 185 but my strenght went up like crazy! my calories intake was probably 2,500-3,000 day. i dont want to gain too much weight, i like to stay around the weight i am right now, but really would like my strength to go up. My goal at the end of the cycle is to bench press 395 lbs. I always been really strong on my bench press when i was weight lifting naturally.. So i have confidense that i will reach 395 when i'm on the juice.
 
Thanks guys,Btw i notice most of you are doing 500/sus.Won't it be too high for your 1st gear cycle?and I weigh in 155 lbs.Shooting 4 at least 180 lbs when my cycle ends.will update on progress.
 
anyway did u guys take supplements while on gear?planning to take swole v2,whey and mrp during the cycle to see whether can improve any results.
 
It is very possible to gain 15lbs with just 250-500mg for 8 weeks. The key is your diet. If you dont eat or eat crap/junk all the time, dont expect any quality gains.
 
I am in the middle of a 10 week D-Bol(30mg ED) Sust cycle(250 E4D) and up 10lbs. I think the sust is just starting to kick in as my lifts are up in 10 to 20lbs and I am sticking another set in here and there. As far as the sides, just the BP is up and some acne on the chest shoulder area and that oily skin feeling on the face. No roid rage to speak of, actually in a fairly good mood most of the time. Plus I do Liquidex .5 a day and have noticed the bloat was not as bad around the jowls as my last cycle. Now that I am in week 5, I've just stopped the D-Bol and will continue the next 5 weeks of sust @125 E3D(as that is about all I have left). I don't have time to count every cal so I just make sure I eat eat eat!!! As I am a super hard gainer, I will be happy if I can tack on another 10lbs(20lbs total) and keep a solid 5lbs of muscle when the cycle is over. I know a lot of the hard core guys here will scawf at my 5lbs, but hey thats what I ended up with on my last cycle and it was there to stay! So if I am up 10lbs of real muscle a year, I will take it baby!:twirl:

Plus I will do HCG, Nolva, Avena and Maca PCT.

'Cuda, I also ran Sus on my first cycle. If you're concerned about dosage levels I'd say start at 250 and then taper up to 500 for a few before tapering back down. The extra bump was definately worthwhile. Also, you can consider extending your cycle an extra 2 weeks or so. I wish I had- I took a few for the Sus to start producing best results and a longer cycle would have given me the time to work through my entire program at best efficiency.
 
my first cylce was sust but I did 500/week. I put on about 25 lbs and kept around 17 or so. The only problem was oily skin. I was always running to wash my face so I did not break out
