I'm going to be doing 500/sust/week all the way... So far no acne, no zits, etc... but although my girl said my face has gotten a little puffy and red sumtimes after my workout but thats no biggy... when i started i was 175 now i am currently 185 but my strenght went up like crazy! my calories intake was probably 2,500-3,000 day. i dont want to gain too much weight, i like to stay around the weight i am right now, but really would like my strength to go up. My goal at the end of the cycle is to bench press 395 lbs. I always been really strong on my bench press when i was weight lifting naturally.. So i have confidense that i will reach 395 when i'm on the juice.
