Your cycle is fine. 12 weeks is plenty of time to get optimal results. 400 mgs of eq is good (more potent than people think). No need to pin sust once a week, stick with your original plan (twice a week). Try to get some winny tabs to finish the last 4-5 weeks of your cycle...Then you will be gold.

Thanks for your input guys. I respect every ones opinion and really appreciate the help. I just want to get the most out of this cycle and I wanted to make sure I have everything I need before I start. So if there is anything missing let me know.

I believe all you need now is to eat and train like a monster on-cycle

Bump the eq and sust to 500 and 600 respectively for 12 weeks at least.

My suggestion

1-4 beast 30
1-4 n2guard (1-12 if you really feel needed, but without orals in the later weeks IMO you won't need it)
1-12 sust 600 (split)
1-12 eq 500 (split)
7-14 HCG 250 2x weekly
9-15 HCGenerate as directed
14-17 HCG 500 2x weekly
17 HMG 75 with HCG
14-17 unleashed/post cycle as directed
14-17 phytoserms as directed
14-17 forma 5am 5pm
18-19 forma 3am 3pm

This is my final breakdown on this cycle. what do ya think?

1-14 Test sust. 250mg twice a week
1-12 EQ 200mg twice a week
1-4 Beastdrol 30mg daily
4-14 hcg 250iu twice a week
7-14 HCGenerate as directed
1-14 N2Guard as directed

PCT

12-19 Gear 12-14 caps daily
12-19 N2Slin 1 cap 3 times a day
16-21 Unleashed as directed
16-21 Post Cycle as directed
16-21 Phytoserms 347 as directed
16-19 Forma 5 pumps am and 5 pumps pm
20-21 Forma 3 pumps am and 3 pumps pm
21-24 Bridge 3 caps daily

Through more research, help from you guys, and a little schooling from needto this is what I came up with.
Its a little longer than I had planned but I understand that this will help get more out of the EQ since it takes about 8 weeks to hit peak levels. Thanks again for all your help!

Why are you running hcg and hcgenerate at the same time? Is there any benefit to this?

I would also run. Eq longer then 10 weeks,the whole cycle period.eq.takes awhile to kick in but best of luck..
