Sustanon/deca Cycle

Hey all,

Im new to gear, so I thought I'd ask for some advice from all you experienced people out there.

I did quite a bit of reasearch before I started my cycle. I ended up picking up Sustanon and Deca for my first cycle. I decided on doing 500mg (2 amps) per week, and put that in alternating delts each weak. Then I do 300mg of Deca and put those in alternating Glutes each weak. I spread out the shots by about 3 days each.. so sunday == sus and wed == deca. I have enough to last me 2 months.

My cycle has been going great so far.. taking the deca made my nuts shrink right up, but they seem to be fine.

I weigh about 200 lbs right now at 6'3, and I have a very quick metabolism which makes me a hard gainer.. it took me quite a while to reach the mid 180's or so before i hit the gear.

I'm in my second week right now, and i've already put on about 12lbs. I workout extremely hard, and eat quite alot. Everything seems to be moving along pretty good. But I couldnt find a good diet of what one should eat while on gear. I stick with high protein and whatever else I could find.

Continuing my cycle, is there anything else I should be doing besides putting on more and more weight each time as I grow?

How about going off my cycle, how should I retain my gains? What should I do to keep as much as possible?

Should I worry about gyno or anything as I stop my cycle? Is there anything I should be doing immediately after my cycle? Should i be taking clomid or nov after my cycle?

Help would be greatly appreciated!

Seriously guy, a 1.6' in needle in your delt? I would recommend 1' for it and no more than 2cc's in a delt. Also, you need to be better read on the whole recovery thing! Yes to clomid. You better read up a lot more bro. This stuff is great but you need to use it right!
 
Yeah, i would have optionally gone for the 1' needle if I could, but I didnt have it at my disposal. the 1.6" seems to work fine though, is there anything that can seriously go wrong from that? I was even worried about doing 2cc as i read 1.5 is the max recommended.

As for the whole clomid thing, i did do alot of reading on that, but after that and speaking with a few pro's im getting contradicting results on it.. what i seem to hear is 'if your nipples start to get sensetive, get some clomid, if not, dont worry about it`.

So i am wondering if I should take it at the end or just do what was mentioned above?

Sorry for my newbie type questions, but i just get confused with the contradicting things i read and hear and want to find a definite answer.
 
Look, with a needle that big you can hit bone and go right through the muscle up to 2 cc's is fine. I know this for a medical fact. Unless you are really small it willl not bother you. Cut the plastic cover of the needle at 1' and that will act as a stopper. clomid helps to get the boys going again, deca and sust can turn things off. You need clomid to start endogenous adrogen production.

That is exactyl what i did for 1st cyc. I was just like you, really didn't know squat when I first started. But this board has all the info you will ever need. Use the search enginefor bulking diets.
Definitely run clomid, screw what you heard from other people. The most knowlegeable people I have found are on this board and about 90% of us run clomid. Get 36 clomid. Start clomid 3 weeks after 1st shot. 6 on 1st day, then 10 days with 2 pills, then 10 days of 1 pill. 1 pill = 50mg. For post cycle get clenbuterol too. Run it with clomid. It will help with your postcycle crash. It will keep up your appetite and energy level. And it is anticatabloic (prevents your new muscle from wasting while your test levels recover.) HMB and creatine help too.
DNOT use a 1.6. If you have to just stick it in about 1". You will get better results of sust with 1 amp every 3 days. It sounds like you are bulking so eat as much as you can with at least 2xbodyweight in grams of protein. Get a lot of sleep, very important. Don't drink alcohol. If you have any other questions

Im using 3ml 23 g1 0.6mm x 25mm 1" needle for my delts now. Is this sufficident for glutes as well? ( I dont have the 1.6s)

About the Clomid. If i start it 3 weeks into my cycle, i'll have finished the clomid by 21 days according to your list below, which will still leave me with about 2 weeks maybe left in my 2 month cycle. Is this ok? Also, i'll read up on clenbuterol, but is there a certain way I should be taking this also post cycle?

Also, with spreading out the sustanon.. Instead of just putting in 2 amps.. Could I load 1 amp of sus with my deca (2 ccs) and just put that in my glutes on my normal deca day (sunday)? Or should they be injected seperately?

Results so far are going great! Ive managed to work my way up naturally to a great build, but my gains right now are working out amazingly.

yeah, 1" will work. But I would definintely try to find a 1.5 for glutes.
no,no,no I messed up my last post. Don't start clomid while on cycle. Wait till 3 wks after LAST shot. Use it post cycle
Start w/ 2 clen on 1st day. When you don't feel two go to 3 then 4 then 5. Then stay at five while on clomid.
you can load the deca and sust in same shot.
Make the most of your cycle.

Week3-8: + Clenbutrol + St. Johns

It might help to throw in nolvadex or HCG. But since you aren't doing that much juice, save your money. Nolva does pretty much the same thing as clomid. Save HCG for when you really JUICE. St. Johns might help the post cycle depression (that part sucks). Just work through eat, keep eating and training. I've lost gains post cycle from the crash. Makes you eat crap and kills appetite and desire for gym. Again, be prepared to be demotivated and work thru it.

One other thing I had a question on, is which would be better to do.

I have been injecting Sus into my delts once a week at 500mg per delt, and 300mg of deca into my glutes per week. I was going to switch it around as suggested to 250mg sus, then 3 days later 250mg sus + 300mg of deca in 1 inject.

Would it be better if I just did half a cc of deca (150mg + 250mg sus) every 3 days into my delts?

I find injecting in my delt is so much smoother.. quick and easy, no pain, and no soarness the next day or ever after.. When I inject in my glutes, its very soar for 3 days after.

Aside from making it more pleasent, which I dont really care about and would rather be doing whats more effective.. would doing what I mentioned be more effective?
 
hi wolfie at the moment I am on the same cycle sus and deca
why not mix .5 ml of deca with every 1 ml of sus . I omly inject in the shoulders no dramas so far:D

use novaldex when nips get itchy and clomid post cycle recovery

and keep growing bro;)
 
Personally I'd get totally bloated of Sust and Deca without something like Nolvadex or Proviron the whole way through - all that water retention's just not pretty!
