Im new to gear, so I thought I'd ask for some advice from all you experienced people out there.
I did quite a bit of reasearch before I started my cycle. I ended up picking up Sustanon and Deca for my first cycle. I decided on doing 500mg (2 amps) per week, and put that in alternating delts each weak. Then I do 300mg of Deca and put those in alternating Glutes each weak. I spread out the shots by about 3 days each.. so sunday == sus and wed == deca. I have enough to last me 2 months.
My cycle has been going great so far.. taking the deca made my nuts shrink right up, but they seem to be fine.
I weigh about 200 lbs right now at 6'3, and I have a very quick metabolism which makes me a hard gainer.. it took me quite a while to reach the mid 180's or so before i hit the gear.
I'm in my second week right now, and i've already put on about 12lbs. I workout extremely hard, and eat quite alot. Everything seems to be moving along pretty good. But I couldnt find a good diet of what one should eat while on gear. I stick with high protein and whatever else I could find.
Continuing my cycle, is there anything else I should be doing besides putting on more and more weight each time as I grow?
How about going off my cycle, how should I retain my gains? What should I do to keep as much as possible?
Should I worry about gyno or anything as I stop my cycle? Is there anything I should be doing immediately after my cycle? Should i be taking clomid or nov after my cycle?
Help would be greatly appreciated!
