if it is your first cycle though i would use 375mgsust and 400eq since you could get away with using less, but whatever u feel like, 250 is low at least 1 and 1/2cc of sust a week and 2cc of eq(at 200mg/ml) to see anything i know this becuase ive done that exact cycle...! and my personal experience was, they both worked slow i didnt see strength gains much until week 6, and not a whole lot, appetite got up so my weight started increasing during week 6too... i liked the way i looked and the strenght i had tword the end of the cycle(12weeks) but i didnt really gain alot of weight, just strenght and droped 3%in bodyfat, my bodyweight only when up bout 3or 4lbs i just looked alot differnt... eq isnt a mass gainer, and sust in low doeses isnt either, i mean youll get some size, but they well get you stronger make you have a really good look most of all in those doses, it did for me at least...
