hey guys iam new here just wanna say hello, and ask a few questions.
how much will i gain/keep of a susta and deca cycle.? im 6´1 tall 212 heavy and in decent shape. i have not taken any deca or test in over a year. the cycle that i will go on soon looks like this: 10 weeks 250mgs susta eod and 400mgs dece each week. i will be taking nolva, clomid and hcg.. so what do u guys think??? thanks

20 ibls if you eat right, train hard and get enough sleep. you probably keep 10-12lbs at the end of the day if you maintain your diet and gym habits. I say this only because you insist on an answer. thats about what I gained from cycle of Sustanon and deca. But i took only 250mg twice a wk except for wks 4,5,6,7 i upped my wkly to 750mg and did 600mg of deca a wk.

For me personally-id up the test and lower the deca.

well 250mg EOD = 750mg to 1gram a week of test...what would you up it to?
Deca 400mg EW = What would you lower it to?
