ok guys i need some advice. this will be my 3rd cycle. 1st one was sus and deca for 10 weeks. 2nd was sus and eq once a week for 10 weeks. now i only have sus and some winstrol tabs on hand. whats the best way to use this and how much. i also have nolvadex for pct.

what were the doses you used in the past. once a week doesnt help, how many mgs per week of each. 500mg a week should be fine and winny at 50mg ed for the last 5 weeks. you are gonna want hcg for your pct as well as the nolva

For me...i would save the winny for the next go round.

start using the winny on the middle of the cycle.......would help to know how many tabs or sos do yo have on hand???

Easy. Run 500mg sust a week, one inject on a monday and one on a thursday. Dont need more than 500mg. Depends on the mg content of the winny tabs but run them towards the end of the course. Two weeks after last sust injection run Nolva at 40mg a day for 21 days. Peace
