Sustanon 300 & Deca or Anadrol?

Hi I'm going to start a cycle in a couple of weeks but wanted to know what cycle would give me best results, sust 300 at 1ml a week and deca at 1ml a week or Sust 300 at 1ml a week and anadrol 50 mg ed for 4 weeks? Btw this is my first cycle I'm 21 187 lbs 6"2 just wanna get as big as I can off my first cycle then go back to been natty for at least another year, hopefully somebody can help me

Sust 250mg three times weekly, this got me from benching 225 x 6 to benching 275 x 6. I went from 175lbs to 205 lbs. this was my first cycle ever. my sust was karachi amps, this was back in 2005.

If I were you i would take the sust twice weekly(minimum) and the dekka once weekly. now the mg depend on you. How much are you willing to take. I would suggest 2 ccs of each weekly
 
First cycle=no deca bro

If you insist on doing an injectable just go with test only and that's it.

Test only cycles are best for beginners bro.
You need to see how you take to aas before you go dealing with something like deca, in all honesty deca isn't needed the potential sides are not worth it if it's not needed.

What is your pct going to be?

I would run the sus at 500 mg a week leave out the deca and anadrol. The deca and anadrol are not for first time users. You need to see how you respond to test first. Another thing, I know everyone wants to be strong and massive as quick as possible, but if it were that easy there would be no fat or skinny people. When you choose to walk this path its a lifetime commitment. Your only 21 you have a long road in front of you, take your time and learn as much as possible.

This is some good advice thanks so I think deca and droll is out the question for me might go with sust 300 at 2ml a week for 10 weeks? Not sure what my pct is yet I didn't even get the gear mate of mine said he will give me my pct with my gear so I have everything in order before I start and he knows more about this then I do! Honestly been trainin on and off since I was about 17 training now over a year solidly I know it's not that long but I've made my mind up and going to do a cycle and hopefully u pps can help out thanks alot much appreciated :)
 
Definitely run test only. As far as your pct is concerned this is where you don't want to skimp because this is what will help you keep your gains. I would run the cycle 10 weeks. I would run hc generate around week 5 and start unleashed/post cycle combo 2 weeks after last pin. Your buddy will probably try to hand you clomid and or nolva. Bad idea as that's a band aid and you will need to truly recover and get your natty test back. As long as you train your ass off and eat to grow then yes. However if you dont do a good pct youll lose everything and then some.

Diet ain't the best if I'm honest I just try eat as much protein as I can along with pasta, shakes etc... training is like dis most of time:

Mon: chest- at least 6 exercises
Tuesday: back- at least 6 exercises
Wednesday: break
Thursday: shoulders and legs
Friday: arms- at least 4 exercises for both bicep and tricep.

When runnin cycle I will try my very best with my diet and I think I will also jump on a all in one gainer which includes plenty of protein, carbs, creating in one shake??

What you think pps? Any critism is welcome, thanks again
 
Sorry to say it bro but you don't sound ready for a cycle yet.

You have to get your diet in check first and foremost, your very sketchy with your answers which leads me to believe your not really sure what diet, training and mind frame doing a cycle entails.

Don't get me wrong your definitely in the right place here on EF, there are heaps of threads with tonnes of information which will teach you what you need to know.

Stick around
Read the threads
And learn learn learn

Don't rush into anything bro this shit ain't a race or a game it's your body and life/wellbeing so you wanna make sure you get it right first time.

Let's look at it this way when I train I train fuckin hard I always max out on every exercise.. Ye truth is my diet could be better but it's not there's not much I can do about that as I live at home wit moms I try buy most my shit t eat, my cycle will be carefully done I've been thinking this true for months and finally now have the balls to actually do it, thanks for help bro's

I agree bro. You don't tell a newbie to run 1200mg/wk for a first cycle. Also, stick with a single compound on your first go.

At your age, height, weight, plus the statement of running one cycle to get big as possible and then go back to training natty makes it look like your not ready and looking for an easy way.

Your training needs work like I wouldnt dedicate one whole session to arms. They are a small muscle group that gets hit along with all pressing and pulling moves. If your doing a legitimate leg session theres no way you should have energy left for shoulders. I would set it up like this.

Mon- chest, tris, abs
Tue- back including deads, bis, abs, calves
Wed - cardio 30-60 min depending on ur goals.
Thurs- shoulder, tris, light chest, abs
Fri- legs including squats, bis, abs, calves
Sat- cardio 30- 60 min
Sun- off unless you need to lose weight then light cardio.

Also adjust diet to meet goals and have it down before you begin aas. If you need to lose weight do cardio upon waking in morning. If you want to grow still do cardio but keep it moderate. This will help your respiratory system adjust to rapid weight gain.

My general advice for a first cycle is be lean enough to see your abs... and at the same bodyweight hit the following lifts:
Bench 1.5xbw
Squats 2xbw
Deadlift 2.5xbw

Those are a reasonable strength base to get the most out of your gear, and have enough training experience/expertise to reduce your change of injury with the strength surge that comes on a first cycle.

I think 400-500 mg of test is an ideal first cycle. My first was 250mg sust/200mg of deca for my first go, and I made great gains, but I probably would have made slightly better gains for slightly less money on just 500mg of test. Also the deca shut me down hard and it took a bit to recover for me.

so you dedicate half a workout a week to legs? this is why you aren't growing enough.

read my link in my signature on push/pull/leg split. follow that for another 6 months then you can start researching AAS. also do not depend on your 'mate' to give you a pct. you need to know what he is giving you. there is more to running a cycle than pct.. you need ancillaries on cycle. read the link in my sig on how to run a cycle.. it will take you in the right direction

at your height you should easily be able to put on another 12 pounds natural just by improving your workouts
 
Ok lads decided last night I'd get out the hand book look on net at different routines and come up with my own should be finished by end of week hopefully it's good routine I'll be working out mon-fri as usual but will be adding tri's in with shoulders and bi's with back. Also in about 3 weeks I'm going to hopefully start a cycle and it's going to be Sust and deca I will be shooting once a week every Monday 1ml of Sust 350mg and 1ml of deca 200mg in same syringe. I've been told that I will have great results from this as it's my first cycle thanks
 
Bro considering you ain't gonna take the logically safe route.

Double up on the sust keep the deca the same.

Monday-1ml sust
Thursday-1ml sust 1ml deca

And stop the deca 3 weeks before you stop the sust

Btw don't expect much advice when this all goes wrong for you cause ppl r gonna remember your name and say I told you so.

Please make sure you have your pct down to a t.

And also it's first cycle so I'm keeping it a simple cycle like one I stated I am going to pin every monday 1ml of each personally I don't see anything wrong with it and guy I'm getting gear off said it's gtg for first time user and he is experienced.
 
Advice given above is a take it or leave it option.

Could you not answer my question? Why will my cycle go wrong? And also what is wrong with 350mg Sust and 200mg deca a week for first time cycle? My body will not be use to these compounds so I'm told that I should get good gains if train hard and keep protein high?
 
Ok so I've took some advice I came up with a new workout routine which will start Monday and also I will not be gettin Deca don't feel like I should risk it so I'm getting just 20ml of Sust350 and I think I'll run it at 5-600mg a week split in to 2 pins per week for atleast 10-12 weeks, sound better?
 
Good idea dropping the deca.
Running two substances first time around is not a good idea cause you want to see how you react to test first then you add another compound second time around.

Ok appreciate all the advice elite fitness is in my eyes the best place to be to learn and get advice thanks again bro's
 
Stick with 500mg split into two pins weekly. See how you go I.e. side effects and then taper it up if you don't feel you are getting enough from that dose. (give it 4 weeks to really get into your system)
