i spent a good time yesturday reading and i got the just of it all..the one diffrence i see is how much to take and when to take it....i weight 160lbs. and i've been working out for awhile..i dont know bf but it cant be anymore the 5%...this is what i was thinking about doing...1st week 250...and 2-8 taking 500...i only plan on 2 cycles a year...sounds like thats the best from what i've read...
