hey there...im a newbie, not to just this site but to sustanon 250 also...basically im open minded and wanted to ask whats the do's and dont's...the right way to take it..etc..

Wrong forum. Go to the steriods discussion forum, read like crazy for a week straight, then ask a little more pointed question (if you have any). You'll learn a *ton* from just reading those posts.

i spent a good time yesturday reading and i got the just of it all..the one diffrence i see is how much to take and when to take it....i weight 160lbs. and i've been working out for awhile..i dont know bf but it cant be anymore the 5%...this is what i was thinking about doing...1st week 250...and 2-8 taking 500...i only plan on 2 cycles a year...sounds like thats the best from what i've read...

Read this thread. When you know enough to ask about your cycle this way, then maybe, just maybe you'll be ready to think about using steroids.

Hey man some people on this site think it is a sin to be under 200. I weighed 140 when I did my first cycle of deca and winny, got 15 lbs give or take. My second cycle which I am now on includes sust, deca, winny. The gains and pumps are awesome with sust. I am stacking, however, sust can give flu like symptoms at first, so i had to work up to a dose that my body could tolerate. Try starting with 250 your first week, then get up to 500 a week. You should really stack with deca if you got the money. QV deca 300 rocks. Feel free to hit me up. I am not huge but I know about gear. Everyone of my friends is a specimen and they taught me well. Hope you like the sust
