Sustanon 250 or 500 for beginner

I was talking to this guy in the gym today who's real juice veteran and told him about my cycle 250 SUS and 200 DECA a week. He told me that i should up my SUS to 500 as 250 is way too low and if i wanted to i could drop the DECA as well.

When i asked him what he was on. He said he does feel a thing unless he shoot SUS 1000 a week. What do you guys think, Is 500 SUS a week for a first time too much or acceptable
 
I am proof that 250 sust/wk and 200 deca/wk can be enough. I gained 30lbs as my cycle is just winding down now.

You should list your stats height/weight/age for help. I think most people will tell you to use atleast 300-400mg deca/wk and some will say run sust at 500 but that is a good beginners cycle.
 
It's acceptable but you could start off with 250 a week alone even and make good gains. Even 250mg sus a week along with 200mg deca a week is a good start. No need to boatload off the bat bro. Alot of it depends on genetics, the way you eat, train and rest as well.
 
I like the sust. without the deca, then when you grow like a weed you will develop a fondness for test, thus including it in every cycle you ever use again, or maybe you hate its side effects and never use it again, but you will know what pos. and neg. effects it has on you without having to guess whether it was the deca or the test that did this or that to you.
 
not sure of your goals but at 200 lbs and first cycle i would do the followig: wks 1-8 500 sust, wks 4-12 300 deca , end of week 8 drop calories start to try and lose some bf that was accumulated from 8 week sust, deca will aid with fatloss and help maintain muscle and hardness, keep in mind its ok to take it week to week and go by how you feel with your results at any given time, then decide wether you need more or less

You dont need much your first time around to gain like crazy...save the heavier cycles for when you need them. Just go with 500 mgs/wk of test and you should see good results.

Did my first cycle earlier this year and used 20mg dbol weeks 1-6 and 250 omna(sus) weeks 1-10 and put on over 20lbs with decent strength gains. Good training and diet go a long way to success, if you don't have that then don't expect to find it in a bottle.
 
There are some really stupid replies on this thread. Be careful who you listen to.

Do what MikePT says, I agree with him completely.

Week 5: 250sustanon + deca 200
Week 6: 250sustanon + deca 200

Week 7: HCG 5000 i.U
Week 8: Clomid 100
Week 9: Clomid 50
Week 10: Clomid 100

Week 11: Start any prohormone + creatine + glutamin

First of all tapering of drugs is a thing of the past.(all in just 6 weeks too??) Secondly 5000iu shot for week 7 and that's it?? You don't even need it for this cycle. Third why the tapering of the clomid up and down? Makes no sense. Lastly pro-hormones are a fucked up idea because pro-hormones will still shut you down. Not flaming you bro but your advice isn't really that good.

Bad suggestion.
Sus and Deca are both slow acting.
They wont kick in till late week 4.
Then you stop a week later.
Also the ups and downs suck.

2 esters in sust are out in 1-2 days. If he's only injecting once a week it's like injecting 90 mgs of prop once a week and 160 mgs enanth a week. Would you inject prop once a week?

Check my above post. There seems to be a major brain drain on this board.
 
geez, no wonder people are only weighing 200lbs and taking over a gram of shit a week. Insanity. You should start off as low as possible, 200mg or 250 if you are using sustanon would be ideal, no need to stack even deca with it. BE SMART, GO SLOW you will grow just as fast, but when you get bigger, you will still have ammo as in raising the dose just a little to make more gains with. Use your brains people :)

BTW - you can use sus it doesn't matter. They all reach similar concentrations in the blood after several repeated injections anyway. Not a big difference at all.
 
MikePT and Genarr3 are on the ball and I agree. I did 250 mg per week for 8 weeks and I got great results. I should of had a better diet but it still worked well for me.

BrickGirl makes a lot of sense. Don't overload your body with too much in the beginning. As you body adjusts and when you're in future cycles you'll need more juice. Shit, if you take 500mg now then you'll eventually more than that in future cycles of test to get similar results. Start slow and see how your body reacts first. Diet is #1, workout #2, sleep #3 and gear is 4 in my book.

You may as well just do 250mg of Sus/Enanthate/Cypionate (no not all at one... :) Pick one...) run it for 8 to 10 weeks, and follow up with clomid... you shouldn't need 500mg/week at 200lbs, and a first cycle...

a guy I know did 250/week for 8 weeks... he trained natural, and competed in the juniors when he was younger... this guy was On... about 5'5 150 cut, and he went up to a bulky 189... no shit... didn't gain that much fat either...

Use the KISS theory for now, and see how you do...
