have any of u guys sustained any shoulder, rotator cuff, knee, arm ,leg injuries and still went on with yur cycles? Maybe these injuries were painful, but still not enough to stop the cycle. And how were the injuries after the cycle?
Yeah my foot early in my first cycle I snapped a bone (paintballing)on the outside of it at a bad angle. It was depressing to not be able to squat or dead at the time when I could grow the most. But I crutched when I had to, then hobbled to the gym when I got my boot. And although my legs weren't kept up with my upper body when I recovered, they shrank alot less then they would have. All and all I am still happy with it. I ended up keeping 20lbs.
I recently pulled my tibialis anterior. It killed my cardio for the week and most of my leg workout, but I am doing what I can. I'm going to push for a full release this Tuesday because the pain's not unbearable.
I ALWAYS get hurt, it's my biggest concern! this cycle I've torn a hamstring playin basketball last cycle I crashed my gixxer - fractured skull broken ribs...the cycle b4 I broke my hand punching someone in the head
I've always fought through though..(besides the broken hand) after I crashed my bike I was bakc in the gym 2 weeks later...where I then tore my left bicep it still hurts today!! I just fight through it guess I have bad luck
Blew my bicep right at the end of a cycle. Had to take two weeks off and rest it. But back on and back at it, adn it is doing fine just a little sore when I push it too hard. Be careful and Good Luck!
