Hey guys my sustain alpha seems to have fallen out of solution. Will just a warm heat bath fix this?

what i mean is a solid white precipitate in the bottom of a darker tan suspension. I dont see a batch number ...it says version 7.0

Too thick. tried the hotwater bath and it did dissolve back, but separated as it cooled again.

It still works, just rub it in a little longer and let it dry.

I was under the impression that if it separates it does effect the potency. Maybe not?

You need to shake it as it cools... to get the oil phases combined.

This separation is an issue in these warmer summer months, but we have just made some formula adjustments to accommodate for it so it shouldnt be a problem anymore.

It doesnt loose potency and you can just flip it around and shake it to get it to homogenize into a cream again.
