Sust250 only cycle, anythoughts, good,bad?

its a good first cycle imo, just go a little longer 10-12 weeks, as it will take 3or4 weeks to really even kick in.

Everyone tells me 10 to 12 weeks at 500 per week (which I'm going to try next spring) but, I just finished 6 weeks at 250 per week, with 25mg d-bol ed weeks 2 through 7 and 20mg winstrol per day weeks 3 through 8 (8 weeks total with 3 weeks of clomid after) and it worked great for me. Put 60lbs on my bench and dropped my waist from a 35 to a 32. Been off for about four weeks now and still kept 45lbs of the bench gain. All-in-all, it worked pretty well and shorter cycles=lower risk.

looks good...i know some will say to bump up the test to 500mgs...but since your starting off...250mgs is a good educated way to go...im not into clomid for the sides...you might want to just have nolvadex...your cycle would look like this....

Sust : 250/mgs a/wk every sunday for 10 - 12 wks
PCT: Nolva on hand in case of gyno, 1wk after last shot 20mgs of Nolva for 3wks.

were talking 5 days/per week in gym, good eating habbits.my stats are 5'8,154lbs/about 13 bfp

i should see some complimentary gains right?

depends on different variables bro..your intensity in the gym..and your eating habbits in the kitchen....sust wont do much if you dont know the 2 i have mentioned...how old are you?? and by good eating habbits...how many calories does that entail?

This looks like a nice cycle, but I would do run the dbol all weeks running test. And you need to be careful with your liver running winny with Dbol. For me 10-12 weeks cycles are crap. I get diminishing returns after 8weeks and also longer recovery.

20yrs. looking at around 1800 cal.
def hard work in the gym. nothing less.

hmmm...20 huh...kinda young arent you? 1800 isnt shit bro...some guys on here cut at 1800 cals a day....you need to eat more if you want to see good gains off the sust..and im not talking about stuffing your face with crap either...eating over 2000 cals is really easy.....

its been about 8 months since ive done any wardwork in the gym. its just something to get me back on me feet, back in the rhythm. get the strngth back faster. is that a bad look out at things??
 
yea bro 1800 cal is not enough to gain on, i drop down to 2200-2300 and i lose weight, i would get diet in check first.

You need to not take anything and just get back in the gym and lift. IMHO you are too young sicne your test levels are sky high already. Start lifting natural and eating clean and big and you will see great results with no sides. :D
 
you weigh under 160?
and you wanna take steroids?
I just dont believe you need them yet
and 20 seems young to me you could still be growing and your hormones cant still be fluctuating
plus you cant drink on dbol and or winny and what 20 yr old is gonna go 8 weeks w out drinking
i think its too early
and 1800 calories aday
i have that by lunch
i think another yr or two in the gym

I kept the 17aa's under 50mg per day. Isn't that the rule??
 
500 for 12 weeks you will be gald you did! 250 wont keep you to impressed..
Everyone worries about bloating i dont see it at 500....guess lean people got it like that....
 
250mg-500mg for 04-12 weeks is a Decent and AFFORDABLE cycle...Maybe it is just my genetics, but I ALWAYS have GREAT results on just this and a STRICT diet....I had a photo shoot back in 2000', and for 03 months, all I had was Sus250 and GH (Serostim)...and I was looking good at 04% and 220 lbs...

even at 500mg anything under 8 weeks would pretty much be a waste, it will take him 3 to 4 weeks to even start to really see gains. jmo
