Sust Stacker

People who have used sust what was ur favorite one compound 2 stack it with? im currently on dbol and sust for my first cycle, was wondering how it worked for yall as far as strength and size went, is it possible to put 75 pounds on ur bench with this?
 
My first cycle consisted of 250/mg sust and 25-30mg of dbol daily and I had GREAT gains. People may criticize me for using such low doses but you can still make great progress with good training and dieting. I jumped from 185 to 220 in 6 months. My max bench was 315 for only 1 rep though. I worked easily with 285 but for some reason 315 was just too difficult.

I personally didn't like Deca. I can't really comment as to why...I just didn't like the way I felt while I was on...some guys love it though so try it out and see how you react to it.

Nice to see you back PE. We've been overun with newbies. It'll be great so have some Vet input we seriously lack.

Yea if everything else like your diet is in check

right now at my 2nd week of dbol sust my max on bench is 225, i wanna get 285 when im done w/ my cycle 10 weeks of sust and 4 of dbol. i hope i can do it.
 
Listen, and listen closely. Quiet honestly, I don't think that you should have even been hitting up anything this early. I don't know who you are or what condition you're in but if you didn't get 225 as a working weight (like 2nd set in) naturally, then you shouldn't have geared up. 2ndly, you should really take into consideration that your tendons and ligaments take a long time to adjust to the added muscle. When you're geared up your muscles are obviously growing at an unnatural rate hence putting greater strain on those tendons and ligaments. That's a lot of unnecessary stress that will in the long run only lead to injury. Don't go for a # bro. Go for quality. Always think Quality over Quantity.
 
It's more than possible for anyone with proper training techniques and disciplined eating habits. Your diet alone can get you a long way. Seriously take my other post seriously bro. Don't just brush it off
 
i know man thx, im givin it serious thought. u said w/ proper training, what do ur ecomend for size n power, on bench like 5 sets of 5 or set of 6 then 4 then 2 or what?
 
Many people may consider this over training but on bench I do 6 sets of actual weight. I start off with 2 warm up sets which is 125x10. After that I make sure to stretch. I don't believe in stretching before you actually exercise since YOU CANNOT stretch a cold muscle. Then I continue with my 6 sets of 6-8 reps. Usually I'll do 8 reps for the first real 2 sets. The rest are 6.
 
you'll get results on anything. You're gearing up man. You will see something even with minimal training. Why the pyramid though?
 
a lot of strength coaches i know like it. keep ur muscles doing different things. 2moro i think imma do 8, 6, 4, 2., whats a good way 2 warm up b4 max? rep 50% of ur estimated max for like 5 reps? or what?

Best simple stack to try, EVERRRRRRRRRRR!

Sustanon/D-bol is effective and bare bones.......
