Listen, and listen closely. Quiet honestly, I don't think that you should have even been hitting up anything this early. I don't know who you are or what condition you're in but if you didn't get 225 as a working weight (like 2nd set in) naturally, then you shouldn't have geared up. 2ndly, you should really take into consideration that your tendons and ligaments take a long time to adjust to the added muscle. When you're geared up your muscles are obviously growing at an unnatural rate hence putting greater strain on those tendons and ligaments. That's a lot of unnecessary stress that will in the long run only lead to injury. Don't go for a # bro. Go for quality. Always think Quality over Quantity.
