Sust shots

Is it ok to shot sust on a tues and thurs.? I have heard some people say that it must be injected eod, and others say that it must be injected 3 times a week, as well as once and twice a week.

I only want to shot twice a week.
Is that ok, will I get good results?

Yes it will work, but it would be best to do it, say, on Monday and Thursday (or any variation of 3 days between shots then 4... repeat). The reason behind this (when taking 2 shots per week) is the prop is very fast acting, and you would like to even it out as much as possible. The same goes for all esters, but especially with the prop.

i agree with duff, I know i dont like to shoot sust on fridays. I dont want to be sore for going out.

In order to fully capitalize on the 30mg per 250mg of test prop in sustanon many will advocate eod sust injections. Technically you could do this but don't bother. 1x a week is good enough and I got great results from it.

When i did it my shots were on mon. and thurs. its better to shoot it twice a week to keep your hormone levels more stable instead of doing one shot and having one big spike that slowly goes down for a week.

I simply take how many weeks I want to run a cycle, multiply it by 7 (7 days in a week) and divide by how many amps I have. My cycle turned out to be every 4 days. I just take shots every 5th day from. It's simple and easy.
