sust in the shoulder

i took my first shot of sust 250 in my right ass cheek and its hella sore i don't think i can put it in there again tomorow, can i put it in my left cheek or am i better of doing it in my shoulders

either or, bro. just make sure you dont use an 1 1/2 inch in your shoulder.

You can do either/ or, If your going to be doing legs soon, i would do it in the left cheek, if your going to be doing shoulders soon, put it in your shoulders. Just my opinion.

i just put 0.5cc in each shoulder and worked out my chest and shoulders and i would not recomend this for the faint of heart it stiffens up pretty bad afterward.
But rember no pain no gain

i dont get why u said u cant do it again tommorow. why would u do another shot tommorow why not the same day as the first one. are u doing everyday shots with the sus? u dont need to. sus gets in the system quick and stays in the system for up to a month. if u want though u could do shoulder shots. i personally prefer the quads as my standard place to shoot.

i've done sust delt shots...

It can get swollen and painful the other day but nothing outrageous

I like ass shots better

I load 2.5 in each shoulder once a week. I love it.

when you inject rest leg of side to inject, on a chair or somthing, inject stupid slow, like i min per cc, masage in well. my friend has been sticking 2cc prop and 1cc sus no prob, yes its real.

remember stupid slow, and not to far back on ass, closer to hip.
