Sust + Deca=1st cycle HELP!

for my first cycle I am going to take Sustenon 250mg every week for 10 weeks. How much Deca should I take each week with the Sust? How many weeks should I take Deca for? What is the NORMAL and safe dose for Deca?

Bump the Sust up to 500mg/week and the Deca at 300-400mg/week and take both for 10 weeks. Make sure you have Clomid for post cycle. Good Luck!

Hey bro I would up the sus to 500mg, and do between 200-300mg of Deca....Normal and safe? Send to me! Seroiusly though you shouldn't have too many if any sides with these doses....Later
