Sust cycle

HRT keeps me young!

Thought I'd try a very simple cycle. Bored with primo run and hrt.

So ....
250 mg sust p/w
1 iu HGH eod
0.5 adex Thur/Sun

Basic workout with 5X5 and 3X8. Want to raise max in all power exercises.
Drop sugar cals a bit, up veggies and protein.
Sleep extra hour each day.

Have to watch blood pressure.

First sides I've noticed are extra sweating, biting inside mouth and impatience.
Taking extra shower and keeping mouth shut. LOL

This will serve the purpose and I'll have some fun at the same time. I've never made dramatic gains on hrt, but did improve health a lot.

I'll do this for about 12 weeks unless bp goes crazy.

I don't really journal. I do keep data on each exercise and body weight. And I will make comments on any notable reaction.
I'll also have a conclusion.

It is hilarious to be the old guy outlifting the others.
I'm also enjoying others asking for fav exercises and methods.
The best students so far are the women who are taking working out seriously. They listen and try hard. I won't teach anyone with their hat on backwards ... except that exceptional young woman from Germany. Hah!!
 
Sides have disapated. Just normal sweating while biking and lifting. Back to being mellow. Sex drive increased. Strength gains, but not size. Blood pressure is normal and I see no bloating.

The hip operation limits range of motion. I am not supposed to squat below 90 degrees. This means a parallel squat max or leg press. 300 lb plus now.
 
I just keep injecting 150 mg every third day with my standard a-dex and HGH.

My body weight has been steady at 225 while the exercises keep going up in weight and/or reps. Pushing pounds now I've never done.

Could use lots more rest for full recovery. Can't sleep more than 7 hours. Should be more like 10.
 
Reviewed blood testing results Tuesday.
125 mg of sust on Thursday and Sunday (250 total)gave me 1600 test on a
range of 175-781.
Only bad number was trig at 213 on a 0-150 scale. Total chol was 196, under 200.
I need to cut some starches out and add one more meat meal.
BP was ok.

Finished up about 15 weeks of 300 mg p/w sust.

My conclusions:
- DHT went through the roof in blood test.
- Test level way above measured range.
- Bit of esto even with a-dex.
- Easy 10-30% increase in weights used depending on the exercise.
- 20+ lbs body weight. Some around waist.
- Greasy skin sides and some impatience. (Stupid people.)
- Higher blood pressure. (not smart)
- Lower sex drive (odd)

All in all ... pretty good return for investment.
Pharm grade.

Back to simple HRT for 4-6 weeks and than new fun with winny.

Then ... about Thanksgiving ... A RADAR stack. LOL
