70 years old and HRT

I'd like to express my opinion of HRT.
I've gone full circle back to standard HRT, which is low dosage by definition.
100 mg compound per/week, 1 iu HGH eod, and 0.5 adex. Together with low sugar and high protein diet, exercise, and recovery.

It works! My blood test results are all within range, I feel good, and life is a joy.

I can still do a cycle if I want, but I do not like the sides.

I recommend it for older males. I sure hope it leads to longevity.

Even if it doesnt lead to longevity it improves quality of life which is still a win!

I'm 64 and just started TRT. Docs got me on Androgel. My T is at 543 up from 240. I really can't tell much difference but I am stacking with Helladrol but only about a week in.
