sust cycle how long?

Currently running a cycle of sust i am in the 4th week...was wondering how long i can run this cycle. was thinking about going 18 weeks.....Is this too long? should I cut it at 12? thanks for the help in advance...

Is this your first cycle? if so then 12 wekks is good but if you already have your PCT in place than running 14-16 weeks wont hurt a thing. How long have you been training?

Like errn said 12 weeks is good, especially if you are new to steroids, 16 weeks if you have cycled before surely won’t hurt. Definitely have PCT on hand.

If you run it longer you need some HCG also for PCT. If you go 18 weeks I would personally run nolvadex, aromasin, and HCG.

If your first cycle was bunk gear and you didn't gain anything, then you weren't eating enough food. Because gear or not, if you are eating above maintenance calories, you have to gain weight. You will also get stronger as a result of that too.

So on this cycle, make sure you know how much you are taking in. 4000 calories being a rough estimate of course.

I've put on 15 lbs. and the weights are off the charts. I started at 190 and I'm 205.5 now... I'm still fucking growing though... it's fucking scary...

12-16 weeks is plenty IMO.
