well assuming you are not a habitual juicer, and that a big assumption, you can grow on 250. if you are experienced user then i would do 1.5 or 2 cc.( 375-500 mg) wk. i did sus once and stacked with anadrol. got real big and strong real fast. anadrol made me feel like i had the flu.....but not when training. lot of guys who know way more than i do will help you out. me personally, if i do it again, i will run it 500mg with a really low carb diet, chicken, fish, egg and steamed veggie. strong and ripped!!!
