i took my first inject today at 2 pm. i even ran it under hot water for a bit before i injected it didnt start hurting till around 5 oclock but now its like WHAM i cant do cardio like this. i can not not do cardio!!. what can i do for the pain? it feels like a charlie horse with a small lump no redness though
