the gear is just one variable in your equation. you still need to eat, eat and oh yeah, eat. also, i can't emphasize the importance of getting plenty of rest and having your workout on point.

I have buddies that have been lifting forever, and have made little to no gains in years. when they learn how to EAT, changing nothing about their training, the grow! interesting...if your body's not getting what it needs your not gonna grow no matter what your doing to it.
example... I'm taking 150mg of anadrol a day, 1750mg of test, and 600mg of EQ. I have gained 2 pounds in 3 weeks. having just lost a bunch of weight, I should be prime to gain. but, en liou of the stress I'm going through, my diet has been shitty. haven't been eating enough. SOOOO... I haven't gained, even with an unhealthy amount of drugs. will some body slap me??? damn it I'm gonna go eat a cow now...
