I think this logic only works if your heart is set on getting the optimal benefit from the fast acting esters at the very start of the cycle.
Lets look at this from the slow ester standpoint. Say test levels from sust begin to peak about three weeks after injection. The ester that is hydrolyzed around 3 weeks does not just break off all in one day, it's spread out. Its quite safe to assume that if injected biweekly the slow esters being hydrolyzed during that peak will overlap. The point is that once you get a few weeks in you've got plenty test kicking through you 24/7. You can also keep in mind that the faster acting esters from injections proximate to the first "peak week" are still at work.
For a newbie, I think a whole amp of sust eod is too high. If you wanted to shoot less than the 250mg and do it eod, I do agree it would get the user off to a faster start, but I think this is more of a hassle than its worth.
I think if your dying to fill that initial gap the first few weeks of a sust cycle you should be using something other than sust.
