Sus/tren/deca help

Hey, everyone,

Im new to this site and was looking for some advice. I take training seriously but I have kind of hit a platform in size and strength and need a little kick. I have been offered these what do you guys recommend? I dont want to get too big so its not easily noticeably to other people.

What do I have to take to look after my kidney/liver aswell.

I'd start off with test only and maybe some form of anti estrogen. i've seen many people get great results from a mere 250mgs of test every 4-7 days.
 
also liver and kidneys should be fine. its when you start abusing orals or pills in general you have to be cautious. its hard for the body to beak down pills alltogether.

Age
Wt
Ht
BF%
Training split
Diet (DON'T say "my diet is good")
Supps, if any

2nd, just cuz someone offered you AAS doesn't mean you should be taking it....what is your knowledge of these compounds? What you don't know CAN (and will) hurt you...

You will learn a lot here, hold off on the juice for now...

5'10 and 158? Do you eat once a week?

Just kidding, but I can see right away what's wrong..

Post your EXACT diet...the time you eat, the food, the amount, the preperation, etc
