Ok fellas, after weeks of research on this board, I have finally settled on my first cycle. BTW I'm 5'10", 190lbs, 16%bf.
I'm gonna run:
Sus 500/week for 8 weeks
Eq 400/week for 8 weeks
Clomid 3 weeks after last shot(300first day, 100 next 6 days, 50ed next 7 days, 50eod next 7days)
This is my FIRST cycle so any help is greatly appreciated.
I'm looking to put on some weight but mostly for cuts so I would appreciate any advice you guys had specifically regarding diet. I'm gonna go with high protein (1-1.5g per lb of bodyweight) and low carbs (less than 100 g a day), consuming about 2000 calories a day, is this the best plan on this diet?
Also, should I take anything else like flaxseed oil, milk thistle, nolva, anti-e's, etc?
Lastly, is there anything I can take to help with the bloating in the face? My face gets really bloated off just creatine so I can only imagine how bloated it will be with this cycle, any help would be awesome.
