Good luck!! When my hubby got his, the paperwork took longer - it took 12 minutes, literally. He had no pain -- says it just felt "weird" and he's had no probs since.

And when they say to keep the ice on it for X time -- DO IT!!!!! If you don't that's when the swelling occurs and you DON'T want that. Do what the dr. tells you & you should be great by the weekend.

good luck...it shouldn't hurt that much so i am sure that you will be all set when you get back home...just relax and ice the shit out of it..i hear the next day you dont even feel the pain

Glad to hear it went well........it's so freeing not having to worry about birth control anymore. However, you need to provide 2 samples 1 month apart to check for swimmers. That is a funny experience taking it to the lab!!
