Surgery or meds for puffy nips?

Is there anything you can take if you have developed puffy nips? Not a large amount of breat tissue but nips that look like the corners of envelopes. Does nolvadex or anything else reduce this if it is beyond normal PCT?

Seems logical to try meds first.

I put puffy nips in the Search and got a lot of hits. Mr. X gave good advice. For example:

Read over some letrozole + nolvadex feedback on here. That's a very potent anti-gyno combination.

If you have gyno then surgery is the only thing you can do, anti a's only temp gets rid of them or makes them smaller, they will pop right back up. Remember only a doc can diagnose you with gyno, they will tell you for sure.

I have had mine very puffy and sore with pea-sized lumps twice before, and 4-6 weeks of liquidex and nolv completely eliminated it. It will vary for everyone, but it can't hurt to try and reduce it yourself. I personally don't consider puffy nips to be full-blown gyno, it can be reversed.
