Supps to aid in healing

I have noticed as I get older it seems to take longer for cuts small injuries to heal. Is there a supplement or supplements that can help reduce the time it takes for a cut to heal?

firstly, accelerate your metabolism with cardio (even brisk walks) 3 x a week 30 minutes or so

nutritionally, the goal is increasing collagen and elastin, and growth hormone

Vit C has been shown to independently accelerate production of collagen/elastin and wound healing

anything that booasts g.h.production (there are some supps based on decent but contraversial studies) - l-glycine, glutamine, arginine, combined with NAC, aLC, Inositol Hexanicotinate combo (1st three are suppossedly secretagogues, the rest suppossedly inhibit somatostains which limit production of extra g.h)

there are also anabolics that have studies showing increased healthy collagen/elastin/g.h production (anavar - best, Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - ,Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - ,Primobolan - methenolone - )

you might also research hyaluronic acid and collagen type II oral supplements. some conflicting research, but they get good anedotal buzz for joint and skin benefit
