Supps required for a simple cycle

After a few years off, I decided to start a weak Sust only cycle.

What are the good supplements to take while cycling? (anything besides extra protein and Nolva/Arimidex)

- Any specific Vitamins

- Any Anti-oxidants

Anything else???

I always take the following over the counter supplements at a minimum - I usually take a heck of a lot more though:

For my HDL:
Flax, Omega-3 fatty acid 3.6g or each per day

Liver Protection (a must)
NAC: 600mg per day
Milk Thistle: 600-1000 mg per day
Tyler's Liver Detox

Other:
Whey (any brand will do - some are better than others) 150-200g per day
Animal Pak Multi Vitamin
Creatine
1-2 gallons of water per day


I throw in a few other odds and ends. Diet is the key though - I try to get the majority of my protein through chicken, eggs and fish - 350g per day
 
I wont do creatine on a cycle. The kidneys take a hit. Also creatine holds alot of water. Save that crap for after you are clean 5 wks.mim.

I never thought about that - I do drink a ton of wather though. I have read creatine is recommended on var cycles though.
 
My list includes.....

Whey
Casein
EFA
amino acid pills
I use a weight gainer personally to help with calories
PureCEE or creatine mono(i use both sometimes)
glucorell R- love this one, i have like 6 bottles
truckload of food
good multi-vitamin
lots of Vit C
A little notebook to track my food intake!

Multi mineral vitamin is always good idea.

throw in some glutamine/glucosamine.
vit. c
vit. b-12
good multi-vit for general purpose.
like above keep up your diet and cals along with carbs.
