I am gonna run a anavar+primo cycle in the summer.(still learning some more)
I am unsure on dosage yet,it will be enough,but not excessive(30-40 mgs of anavar and still unsure on primo dosage,first cycle)
I know anavar goes well with creatine,so I had an idea about taking creatine with Anabolic Mrp(33g carbs,370 cals,0 fat cal,56g of protein),mixed together in the same drink.Would that be ok?
Heres some questions that I need help on too(please tell me if I should use on and /or off cycles on the too)
1-AF stores liver detoX(tylers) when do I take these,while on a cycle,in between,or year round??also wheres a good hair prot.and same question about usage.
2-How much carbs should I get while on bulking(I am trying for 300gs of protein,I know I should search for this one)
So my total supps will be Creatine(5gs while off,8 while on),multivitamin,Protein powder or anabolic MRP,and tyler liver detox(unsure if should take year round,and a hair prot.if I can find(unsure if should use yr.round also) with anavar+primo,when cycling.Is this adequate,or am will I be overdoing supps?(on and off)
