I just got my blood work back and my kidney levels (the creatinine or whatever it is) is right at the top range number (1.4)
This is due to taking usually 2 800mg motrin a day. It usually doesnt affect me at all but i have been doing it since oct 2011. My job had me sitting in equipment all day and my back would knot up in a certain spot and it just sucked ass.
I have since stopped in the last 2 weeks. Also strangely enough when I started ghrp-2 that problem spot seemed to stop being a problem. They say Gh has some nice anti inflammatory properties.
So with a few months off I know they will go back to normal levels.
So other than the usual reccomendations of cranberry juice or extract and lots of water what would help get my levels back down to normal faster?
I want to avoid cranberry juice because its all sugar.I have also heard cranberry extract isnt what its cracked up to be for the kidneys too??
Reason? When I get my blood work done again in 3 months I would like to be able to run Tren. Tren can stress the kidneys and I dont want them to be any more stressed than they are now. Maybe it would affect them, maybe it wouldnt but I dont wanna play around.
It took 2 800mg motrin a day for 4 months to raise my level from 1.2 to 1.4 . But on the other side it took 3.5 - 4 weeks of celebrex to raise it from 1.2 to 1.7 so obviously they are pretty tough.
Some people get borderline kidney failure just looking at perscription motrin.
