So, im struggling with a huuuge appetite, allways had it, its both a good and a bad thing, now that im a diet trying to cut some fat its a pain in the ass really, i can eat eat eat all day long, clean food, lots of water and still feel hungry, basicly, after eating a huge meal, ex: 3-500g chicken, loads of salad + rice, i can be hungry again within 5min.
Now to my question: anyone has some good advice on how i can suppress this? as i atm is trying to loose some fat, kinda sucks to be hungry all the time, i drink 5+ litres of water a day and eat close to 3k kcals atm, clean food, so its not like its little.
