Hi

i was wondering what is the best way to take creatine and protein supps

what i mean is pre pst w/o, in morn, eve etc

i am lookng to put on size with as little fat as possible
taking ultrapure protein and just any old creatine

also was thinking about taking r-ala, would this be any use and if so how and when should i take it

Depends on your workout and diet.....
creatine+protein+carbs (dextrose) are best taken post workout w/ some R-ALA
EX: (post workout) 40g protein, 50g dextrose, 10g creatine, 200mg R-ALA.

R-ALA is probably one of the most beneficial supplements for keeping the weight down while bulking, so IT IS beneficial.
