well.. besides daily nutrition, shakes,.. and creatine,... staying natty

i would like to add something to help me gain muscle mass
i wouldnt mind trying something thats like a partial Roid.

anyone know anything i can try, temporary, or take it longterm?

i would like to stay natural, but its so hard sometimes!! :( lol
 
make sure you have a daily vitamin, try manipulating your intake of single amino acids. Many studies show that if you manipulate certain aminos(arginine, lysine, etc.) you can increase your levels of growth hormone. Also larger amounts of arginine increase NO production. search this site about aminos, i know i have posted on a thread before about the manipulation of aminos.
