Supplements?

I have been reading a lot of the posts here and I enjoy the info that's out there. I am still considering steroids usage but I need to sit back and learn some more from the more experienced people here. I believe I would start with Sustanon 250 and branch out from there. Anyway, my question is this, what legal supplements do you guys recommend? I've been using the powdered whey protein drink, Flaxseed Oil, Fish Oil, Garlic, CLA gels, and a daily multi-vitiman. I also have liquid creatine from GNC. Has anyone tried any of the Xyience Products? Any recommendations, advice would be appreciated.
 
Depends on you man, I take all kinds of stuff that maybe you wouldn't. Like milk thistle and saw palmetto, and glucosamine/chondroitin, but these are for a specific purpose. Anybody will do well with a multi-vitamin, Fish Oil, and a protein powder supplement. A gram of B12 is good too. And oral is OK. When you hit the test and anything else it is a different game entirely, now you are into anti-estrogens and you must think about PCT.

It works fine and helps strength and mass for sure. Generally don't cycle longer than 2 weeks at a time with all the other shit seems like too much through the kidneys. I personally like creatine and believe it increases strength although very temporarily. The ATP thing is my guess.
