I am coming off my cycle soon. What are good supplements to take to keep gains or keep gaining. For example I heard creatine or amino acids are good to take during off cycle. Any advice?
 
I guess it depends on the kind of cycle, Creatine is good if you did a mass cycle. Remember that Diet is the key above all. Past that just make sure you hit up the basics for keeping your gains. (diet, creatine, glutamine, water) that should be just as good as anything.

And keep those protein levels very high.
 
after my cycle i am going to take creatine (a lot), still take my mass builder protein and still hit the weights hard. That's the best recipe for keeping gains, oh and make sure you have CLOMID
 
Make sure you keep trainning as hard as your are now. I see alot of guys in my gym slow down in thier trainning and loose alot of thier gains. I personaly don't think over loading the supplements will help. Remember more is not always better!!
 
post cycle threapy and 10-15% extra calories a day should do fine.

train hard, sleep more if you can, and maybe creatine but it doesn't work for many.
