Creatine is not out of the question, definitely not. Try TRAC from MHP, it is time released and doesn't seem to cause water retention to the degree that straight creatine will. Thus all the benefits and no extra weight.

Ok-I did more research and found phytin or IP6 inositol can increase the oxygen carrying capacity of hemoglobin. Pub Med abstracts seemed to indicate this. None however indicated either substance would increase RBC production ie an increase in hematocrit levels. But like I stated above, research does seem to indicate that phytin or IP6 inositol could be a useful endurance supplement.
I am trying to find supplements that will enhance my aerobic and anaerobic endurance. So far I am looking into creatine, ribose, and possibly endurox. Any board members with results from these? Any other suggestions?
So what exactly are your goals...some explosive power or moderate endurnace for grappling/wrestling? I am an MMA fighter and I use epi strong for mild increases in lean mass and training intensity. In addition I use Anabeta and HCGenerate.
