Supplements to help get me where I want to go....

Hey guys, I am 19 years old, scrawny, about 155 lbs. Ive been working out for about 3 years off and on and never can gain weight.

Recently, I started taking some of my dads creatine caplets, those damn things are huge like a Centrum vitamin, anyways, Im on my 4th day of "loading". Is this stuff safe for me?

I also looked into something called Nitrix. Im not familiar with it, but I was hoping someone could tell me the positives and negatives with this product.

I like everyone else is looking to gain weight. Anything I can do supplement wise to help this along? Its been a while and im getting impatient with my body and its damn quick metabolism. I eat like a beast, no doubt more than my mom and dad who are both weight lifters. My dad takes alot of expensive shit and I dont think I wanna touch that.....they did buy me a box of EAS MASS mix, I took it for a while with some banana and didnt do much for me, they take that phospagen HP too.

What im asking really, is what can I take to give me the results I DESERVE and that ive been genetically robbed of. My dad was a fat ass as a kid, but super strong, and now is in the best shape of his 42 year old life, same goes with mom, except she was always thin. I get my metabolism from her I take it. My friend Dan suggested NOX or NOS and Adrenergy to get some good pumps. Anyone know anything about this?

Is the new NO2 that is going to be sold at places like GMC same as the other brands like NoX2, and Nitrix and all that. The lady said that the NO2 they sell is the real stuff and everyone tries to copy it and such, any comments? Does the other Nox2, Nox3, Nitrix and all that work good?
 
I would do this simple regimen

day 1
chest, tris, delts
day2
run 3 miles
day3
back, biceps, upper back
day4
Legs
day5
Repeat, or Rest


Diet
clean a and simple not too much of anything ok :)
40% Protien, 40% carbs, 20% fat.....

3-4 meals a day plus one to 2 low carb shakes


when you reach a platue
supplement with
10 grams of creatine a day
and about
50 grams of glutamine peptides

then when you break the platue come back down and traing normally, and when pleatue is reached aagin start supplementing again


also about weights

do 5 sets of everything
but the first 3 sets are like warm up to get you ready for your last 2 good luck :)
