Supplements for the Younger (suggestions please)

Hey everyone, Im a 15 year old guy thats been working out for like 6 months, Ive been doin pretty well and everythign is starting to come together.. Since the summer is comming I wont have to skip some work out days due too excess HW and tests.... I would like to bulk up this summer and I will definitley work out very very hard....I was wondering though if anyone can reccomend stuff that they might have taken at my age or a little older... I am a pretty descent sized kid (5'11-6', 160 pounds).... Can you guys please just reccomend something that would be good for me besides the obvious proetien etc.. I was thinking about dimmax creatine... any ssuyggestions... Thanks sooo much in advance

do u really need anything else? ur bodys really about tio kick in with the natural test production so other than a multivit i dunno
 
i figured that would be the answer... and thats what I always hear.. but I figure if i take something just to get me over the hump so to speak... maybe then Ill be on the way to some big gains this summer and later on in life... maybe Im being unrealistic or looking for an easy way out... but any summplement short of the illgeal shit, I will look into... thanks again and post what you think i could/shoud take:)
 
Eat bro. Good quality foods. Avoid sodas and all that other shit that is so easy to grab. In addition to eating right, I think you could add:

1. protein powder
2. glutamine
3. creatine
4. Good quality multivitamin

And try getting some sleep. Avoid cigarettes, alcohol, an pot if you can. Wish I had. You are at a prime time for growin'. You have the best chance of blowin' up NATURALLY right now. Then you can get crazy pussy for the rest of your life. HEHEHE
 
Stick to eating right and training correctly. You have everything you need flowing through your veins. You are 15 years old -- you have got a shit load of testosterone flowing through your body right now. Use that to your advantage -- eat well and train hard. Don't get caught in the supplement scam. Remember, if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. Train, sleep, eat, and grow.
 
yes eat alot and sleep alot. u say u way 160 then try to get 3000 kcal/day and eat alot of carbs and protein, good types of meal is rice and chiken, turkey, low fat meet, potatoes, spaghetti, also sugerless bread. get a gainer drink and take creatine, i would recommend twinlabs "creatin fuel stack" cause it also has taurin and l-glutamin also try to find some anticatabolic supplement i use anabolicfuel. i know that this is gonna cost alot of money but if you have it this mix can make wonders combined with tuff, intensive wight training.

if u want to keep the cost down and still get great results then i would go with creatine combined with HMB, and alot of food.
