Hey everyone, Im a 15 year old guy thats been working out for like 6 months, Ive been doin pretty well and everythign is starting to come together.. Since the summer is comming I wont have to skip some work out days due too excess HW and tests.... I would like to bulk up this summer and I will definitley work out very very hard....I was wondering though if anyone can reccomend stuff that they might have taken at my age or a little older... I am a pretty descent sized kid (5'11-6', 160 pounds).... Can you guys please just reccomend something that would be good for me besides the obvious proetien etc.. I was thinking about dimmax creatine... any ssuyggestions... Thanks sooo much in advance
