Hy guys. New here and I am getting back into the game after 2 years off. I have my work out routine good idea on diets but outside of whey protein shakes I need to kick it up a notch without "fuel" but the most bang for the buck in my advancing age (35). Can you all give me a list of over the counter supplements I should take with health primary goal and lean cut appearance secondary. You guys seem to know your stuff on this site and I would love some info. Thanks.
