Supplements and Training HELP!

Hi, I have a friend who is actively in the gym now. I have her working out your normal weight lifting and HIIT training. She is eating descent and is starting to see small results over the past few weeks. I would like to get her into taking some supplements to help with this process but are the supplements recommended for men good for women?

What supplement do women take? What would you consider the 3 most important? What about weight loss supplements, is hydroxycut hardcore good for a beginning? She's fine with that but I don't know about stepping her up to Lipoflame or anything like that just yet.

How about getting her protein, bcaa's, hydroxycut hardcore, and something to take before workouts like no xplode?

+I personally wouldn't recommend bcaa's or glutamine unless she is having trouble recovering. You could add these in once you get the essentials ones added and working well.
+Fish Oil Capsules
+Multivitamin
+LipoStim before workouts (much better than the products you mentioned)

If she wants a fat burner the LipoStim product is by far my favorite.

She will need to get 1 gram of protein for every pound of bodweight, and drink lots of water thru-out the day.

Shoot. I meant LipoFlame before workouts. LipoStim is the once a day fat burner. She could add LipoStim too but first start with just the LipoFlame (1 - 2 capsules 30 minutes prior to workout - she will need to work her way up to 3 or 4)
 
Find a good multi too. So many of them are calcium bound and you actually do not process much of them at all.
I like Beverly Internationals, GNC's and Twin Labs.
I have not had time to see what our sponsors offer. If anyone else could chime in here it would be great.
