Hi, I have a friend who is actively in the gym now. I have her working out your normal weight lifting and HIIT training. She is eating descent and is starting to see small results over the past few weeks. I would like to get her into taking some supplements to help with this process but are the supplements recommended for men good for women?
What supplement do women take? What would you consider the 3 most important? What about weight loss supplements, is hydroxycut hardcore good for a beginning? She's fine with that but I don't know about stepping her up to Lipoflame or anything like that just yet.
How about getting her protein, bcaa's, hydroxycut hardcore, and something to take before workouts like no xplode?
