Do you guys typically include MRPS and protein bars when you are on? In addition to meals? Reason being, I have prob. $5,000 worth of EAS protein bars, shakes, etc. as a guy I trained with won the transformation contest. WOndering if I should include these on top of some meals as added cals or will they just go towards fat storage? Thanks.........

Yes they are all included in the daily nutritional total.

If you have too much, send some to us on EF.

It will all go bad before you get around to eating it.

Hmm.....so toss in a bar or a half of one after a few meals OR not make it a regular occurance............>?

Also, thinking of the myoplex as my post shake.........since I usually don't get a solid meal in for an 2 hours after......
 
I like the MRP's for pwo. I use the bars when I am dying for a sugary tasting snack. Otherwise, I avoid them... they seem to make me put on fat.

you bastard!! lol...I was all set to have a couple a day......now, I got to ditch em.......lol......they are low carb, very low sugar............still?

I keep a few bars around for things like the movies etc. Otherwise I just hit a shake instead. I get a lot more out of shakes than bars.
You can use the bars like a bread trail from the gym to your house for all the fitness girls to follow... :chomp: :evil:
